This seminar has been designed for all obliged entities (e.g., credit institutions, financial institutions, auditors, external accountants, tax advisors, notaries, independent legal professionals, trust service providers, company service providers, real estate agents, persons trading in goods [>10 TEUR in cash], providers of gambling services, crypto-asset service provider, crypto-asset services as well as exchanges of crypto-assets) and their responsible employees (e.g., Group Anti-Money Laundering Officer (GAMLO), Anti-Money Laundering Officer (AMLO), Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), Deputy, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Compliance Officer, Sanctions Officer, ABC Officer, Data Protection Officer (DPO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), etc.). The members of the board of directors and management are also welcome.
