Article 43 AMLR – List of prominent public functions 1.   Each Member State shall issue and keep up-to-date a list indicating the exact functions which, in accordance with its national laws, regulations and administrative provisions, qualify as prominent public functions for the purposes of Article 2(1), point (34).
